OSCJ.net does software to a lot of people and the following activities are done aiming to offer the chance to divide < strong >"Use it" enjoyment and < strong >"Make it" or "Improve it" strong >< the enjoyment each other, and to contribute to the technology of software, industry, and the development of the culture. As for the software developed with OSCJ.net, it is required that it be open source software from which the opening up access to its source code and the modification have been permitted.
Each role and the authority are provided in the following each rule when a steering committee, a secretariat, an advisory board, and the cooperation group manage OSCJ.net.
