Steering committee rule

  1. OSCJ.net leaves two or more management committee.
  2. The management committee recommends for the steering committee by each project, a secretariat, and an advisory board that participates in OSCJ.net, and obtains more agreed approval of the majority of the management committee.
  3. OSCJ.net leaves the management chairman.
  4. Management chairman recommends by the management committee, and obtains more agreed approval of the majority of the management committee.
  5. Management committee discussing composes the steering committee, and decides the following matter.
    1. Manifesto, management committee rule, secretariat rule, advisory board rule, and revision of cooperation group rule.
    2. Activity approval of project to OSCJ.net.
    3. Approval of all processing that ends OSCJ.net and relates to end.
  6. The management fiscal year of the steering committee is assumed to be one year from April 1 to March 31 next year.
  7. Management committee and management chairman's terms of office are made in the management fiscal year.
    1. It makes it in the management fiscal year when elected to the management committee on the way in the period of the term of office.
